True Colors is an interactive personality-based learning experience that helps people better understand themselves and others.

Using four personality styles, Orange, Gold, Green and Blue, participants explore their natural strengths, communication preferences and ways of approaching the world.

As a True Colors facilitator, Kyle creates a relaxed, engaging learning environment where people can have meaningful conversations, share a few laughs and discover new things about themselves and their colleagues.
